I recently pondered thumbprints, a marvel of creation, our divine genius. There is no one like you, not even your identical twin.

Those qualities that differentiate us from the madding crowd. The quirks in our persona that define us and give us a reputation in what we do and how we do it.

Fascinating.

Do you know what your thumbprint is? An inkling or vague understanding is simply not good enough. It’s your life – you must know that you know!

When you view yourself through your birth-right uniqueness what do you see? For a fulfilling life get to know what this is, and then consciously design your life around it by deliberately directing it towards what you do.

Why? Because of the harvest-, and satisfaction. There is an overwhelming return when utilising your thumbprint. It will reward you immeasurably as the mojo amplifies your yield on time, energy, and ingenuity. You will endure and persevere as commitment is driven by the very essence of who you are – way beyond any notion of the willpower you may possess.

The ‘well’ of your thumbprint will not run dry because in action more is deposited than withdrawn. Sure, it depletes although never to a place where you feel depleted. When knocked down you bounce back quicker. Curiosity supersedes disappointment, driven by the hunger to succeed as the emphasis is on where you are going to, not what you are going through.

On the other hand, an absence of your thumbprint perpetuates mediocrity and will be draining as more is ‘taken out’ than put back in. Sadly, many workplace frustrations stem from people not being engaged as a consequence of not knowing who they are, and who they are not.

Teams should be harnessed through the practice of ‘well’-directed undertakings by drawing on the collective thumbprints of their members. It ought to be an obsession considering the potential return in output and attitude.

Frequently hitting ones sweet spot will cause a shifting in performance from poor, average or good … to great!

What is your current altitude?

Tap into your genius and soar!
