The face of someone you know pops into your mind from out of the blue. You haven’t had contact with them for ages yet the next day you bump into them.

Can you look beyond the obvious, mindful of the fact that we are connected with the universe across time and space?

It may be the trigger to your intuition. An external signal or happening which resonates and gets the attention of your internal world – with reason.

Synchronicity.

G. Jung described Synchronicity as the meaningful coincidence of two or more events, where something other than the probability of chance is involved.

It is more than those unexplainable/mystical events which we readily attribute to good fortune. Some say it emanates in the spiritual realm and can be interpreted as being a ‘law of the universe’ or one of the ‘mysteries of life’.

Synchronicity is not random and it’s too significant to be serendipitous. If it has played out in your life, were you aware of it?  It’s as relevant to our hopes and desires as it is to our soft spots and less palatable qualities.

Make space for its value by being intentional and deliberately thinking about the quirks or co-incidences relating to your ongoing life experiences.

Our minds are powerful beyond measure or understanding – synchronicity provides a glimpse of this.

When last did you experience an event beyond a mere coincidence? Some happenings are not as obvious as they may appear … could it be?

Be fascinated and grateful when these moments occur, as you connect the dots.
