And then suddenly it’s year end, again!

The reality check has you realising that there are some things that you don’t want to repeat in future. How could you let them slide this year? And then those things for which you genuinely aspire.  If only you could get to them and make them happen.

By being sold out to the value of learning, growing, and all the good stuff, you will be asking different questions at this time – if so, give yourself some kudos!

Whether your thinking involves a whole-hearted, or a minor tweaking of personal or team changes, you would be analysing your current reality in order to see where you stand in relation to achieving these changes.

The thinking now shifts to creating an exciting new reality, fuelled by healthy doses of possibility thinking. It’s liberation through imagining without boundaries – what if? How could we get this to happen, what options would we then have to …?

Remember that questions are the answer and quality questions will lead to quality answers.

Here are some new realities resulting from ‘what-if’ thinking around five popular qualities within organisations:

People who have been provoked to think for themselves.

 Leaders who will better understand;

  • how to lead in the 21st century
  • their team contribution
  • their role and responsibilities in developing the various teams to which they belong regardless of their organisational structures
  • how to become people of influence through the head-heart-hand dynamic

 Teams and members who are;

  • purpose-driven, committed and accountable
  • able to match functional, cross-functional and matrix needs

 Strengthened relationships;

  • through care and support
  • discipline
  • mutual trust and respect

 An environment;

  • enabling people to learn and ‘grow’ and to find greater meaning in what they do.

Could it get any better than this?

You may be one who thinks or talks this language but if you are someone who feels it, I believe I could support you.
